NXTGEN Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the UK Payroll Administration team. You will oversee a high-volume monthly payroll and partner with HR, Finance, and the wider Payroll Management Team to drive improvements in systems and processes.

The role combines day-to-day oversight with complex payroll work, including system upgrades, policy changes, and payroll integrations following acquisitions. You will coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely pay.

Qualificações

• Experience in a high-volume UK payroll environment.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation (HMRC RTI, pensions, GDPR).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the UK payroll team, providing coaching and development.
• Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for UK employees.
• Resolve complex payroll queries and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, RTI, pensions and GDPR.
