Job summary

Mondelēz International invites applicants for a Marketing Intern role as part of a 12-month internship program. You will gain broad marketing experience, working on one of our iconic brands, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies from day one.

You will execute integrated marketing activities, help launch new packs and track KPIs, and analyse brand performance using consumer data to inform action.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or equivalent (predicted or achieved).
• Studying a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Marketing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Executing integrated marketing communications with our agency partners. With the opportunity to lead on parts of the campaign such as social, PR and retail activation.
• Executing new pack and innovation launches and tracking their performance with consumer and commercial KPIs.
• Monitoring brand performance using commercial and consumer data, diagnosing issues and recommending action.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Category, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain) to bring plans to life in-market.
• Managing large budgets autonomously, tracking monthly and providing updates to Finance.
