Job summary

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a senior IT leader to take ownership of UK IT operations across two manufacturing sites, building a high-performing team and shaping the technology roadmap. You’ll influence senior stakeholders in the UK and internationally and act as a true business partner for IT.

You will drive meaningful change, modernise capabilities, and ensure IT supports operations with robust governance, security and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing sector experience with an understanding of production continuity.
• Proven senior IT leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience delivering ERP enhancements, integrations and upgrades.
• Broad technical expertise across IT infrastructure, architecture, Microsoft tech, networking and cybersecurity.
• Willingness to travel to a second UK site with a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire your team, manage performance and coach.
• Shape the IT roadmap and investment plan for the department.
• Drive transformation initiatives and implement solutions that deliver real improvements.
• Improve ERP capabilities, integrations and streamlined processes across sites.
• Provide senior technical leadership across IT infrastructure, architecture, cyber security and business applications.
• Identify opportunities in AI, automation and emerging technologies to boost efficiency.
