Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a UK Legislation Editorial Quality Lead to oversee quality standards for statutory and regulatory content across the UK and Ireland. Working with Editorial, Product and Technology, you will help ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with an online-first publishing approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance for statutory/regulatory content.
• Strong understanding of editorial standards and best practices.
• Ability to analyze quality metrics and identify trends.
• Experience applying AI-enabled workflows in content production.
• Familiarity with XML and publishing technologies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of legislative/regulatory content and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementing quality initiatives across the UK and Ireland, aligning regional practices with global standards.
• Develop and update quality controls, checklists, and guidance materials.
• Conduct routine reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of content.
• Monitor quality metrics, audit findings, and customer feedback to identify trends.
• Support corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in editorial processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to implement AI-supported quality tools.
• Share best practices with local and global teams and support editorial quality objectives.
• Assist with training activities, documentation, and reporting related to quality standards.
