A leading global biopharma company is seeking a UK Inclusion Lead to drive their inclusion strategy, ensuring all employees feel valued and empowered. The role involves close collaboration with global teams, employee resource groups, and business leaders to implement effective inclusion practices across all levels. We’re looking for a UK Inclusion Lead – an experienced inclusion expert to drive our inclusion strategy across the UK, helping us continue to build an inclusive culture where different perspectives and experiences unlock the full potential of the organisation.
As the UK Inclusion Lead you will be the strategic connector between GSK’s global inclusion agenda and the UK business. You’ll play a key role in embedding our inclusion principles of fairness, belonging and opportunity across all parts of our UK organisation – from manufacturing and production sites to our head office and senior leadership teams.
Based in London and reporting to the UK HR Country Head, you’ll partner closely with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) business leaders and external partners to strengthen our culture, build confidence and capability around inclusion and ensure our approach remains forward‑looking, data‑informed and impactful.
