Job summary

A leading sports and entertainment organization is looking for an HR professional to manage HR operations across the UK. The role requires a deep understanding of UK employment law and offers the opportunity to support employee engagement and compliance while working within a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to HR, CIPD level 5 qualification, and strong experience in HR generalist functions including handling TUPE processes. Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified with level 5 certification and a related degree.
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist in the UK with an emphasis on employee relations.
  • In-depth understanding of UK employment law and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support including administration and policy guidance.
  • Manage employee relations processes and ensure compliance with laws.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems.
