Job summary

A global events company is seeking an HR professional to support UK operations while aligning with a worldwide HR strategy. This role involves being a trusted advisor for managers and employees, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and enhancing employee engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating employee relations processes, maintaining HR records, and managing TUPE transfers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR and CIPD Level 5 qualification, along with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Qualifications
