Job summary

JT Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join our client in South Normanton on a 12 week temp to perm basis. You'll deliver across the UK, perform vehicle checks, load/unload, and support warehouse duties.

Role requires a Class 2 licence and CPC, with flexible overnight stays and good communication. Working hours are Mon-Fri, with overtime paid at 1.3x rate. Salary: £16.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• Class 2 (Category C) licence required.
• Valid CPC qualification required.
• Previous HGV driving experience preferred.
• Flexible with overnight stays and early/late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods across the UK using HGVs and company vans.
• Carry out vehicle checks and complete delivery paperwork.
• Load and unload vehicles when required.
• Support warehouse duties during quieter periods.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
