Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Motive in the UK. This high-impact, hands-on role will own the UK strategy, translate global positioning into locally relevant programs, and partner with UK Sales and the US team to build pipeline and nurture customer relationships.

You will develop the UK marketing plan across priority segments, drive inbound campaigns, contribute to product marketing, lead field events, and manage the budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years in B2B marketing in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record owning regional GTM plans that drive pipeline.
• Ability to craft clear, compelling UK-market messaging.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
