Gilion AB, a fast-growing fintech in London, is seeking an Investment Manager to originate and execute lending opportunities with high-growth B2B SaaS and tech companies. You will manage opportunities from sourcing to close, partnering with structuring, credit and legal teams to ensure thoughtful, long-term capital partnerships.

You will assess business models, revenues and SaaS metrics, enabling informed lending decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing financing opportunities involving multiple stakeholders from initial engagement to close.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to discuss leverage and covenants in growth companies.
• Proven ability to build credibility with founders, CFOs and senior finance leaders.
• Excellent pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and networking.

Aufgaben

• Build a consistent deal pipeline through events and outbound activity.
• Develop relationships with founders, CFOs and finance leaders in scaling tech companies.
• Collaborate with venture capital firms, debt advisors and brokers to generate deal flow.
• Assess business models and financial performance against Gilion's lending criteria.
• Present investment rationale clearly in internal discussions.
• Represent Gilion at meetings and industry events to strengthen market presence.
