Job summary

Reddit seeks a Senior Growth Manager, UK, on Reddit’s International Community team to drive user and ecosystem growth across London and beyond. You will own local growth initiatives, coordinate with Comms, Product, BD and Marketing, and lead market-specific programs to expand Reddit communities.

You will apply data-driven analysis, develop scalable processes, and build influential local partnerships to strengthen Reddit’s presence in the UK market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in user growth, community growth, product operations, or country expansion.
• Proven ability to scale growth programs and own market initiatives.
• Strong data-driven approach with Excel and SQL.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand local Reddit communities.
• Design and scale local growth programs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor country health KPIs and report risks/opportunities.
• Represent Reddit locally and build partnerships to grow audience.
