Job summary

Schroders is seeking a UK Fund Solutions Manager to provide end-to-end strategic, technical and operational expertise across UK Client Group business services, enabling the design and delivery of fund solutions and client service capabilities. You will bridge product development, operations onboarding, Schroders Solutions and Client Group functions to enhance client outcomes.

The role sits within the UK Client Group Governance, reporting to the Head of UK Client Group Governance, and supports

Qualifications

Fund operations and regulatory knowledge.
Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
Experience with fund solutions design and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical and business services SME across fund solutions, SPML, and client service operations.
Lead product development, fund solution design and service capability build-out for public and private markets.
Provide strategic support to SPML including governance, life company expertise, and business planning.
Deliver client onboarding, transitions and implementation support, plus ongoing servicing and guidance.
Act as regulatory SME on Costs & Charges, MiFID II, Solvency II and Consumer Duty.
Drive operating model design, data management and service enhancement initiatives.
Manage third-party relationships, including administrators and custodians, and oversee outsourced providers.
Enable sales and business development through technical expertise and client engagement.
