We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Senior Associate to broaden their experience in this varied role, supporting multiple Finance teams as we implement a new ERP system. You will be at the forefront of departmental change, playing a pivotal role in the ERP conversion project, specifically focusing on project delivery, testing, and process remediation. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with an accounting or risk background who is comfortable navigating the complexities of a large-scale program for ERP modernization. You will be expected to leverage a strong "risk and controls" mindset to ensure the integrity of our financial workflows and be able to work to deadlines for the successful execution of critical project milestones. While primarily embedded in the Accounting team, you will also partner with teams across the broader Finance department to ensure holistic project success.
This is a fixed term contract position based in our Nottingham / London office. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days. Our offices are designed to inspire and support you.
