  • A modern, supportive working environment offering on‑site refreshments, regular learning sessions, and opportunities for professional development.
Your responsibilities as the UK Finance Manager will include:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the production and review of statutory and regulatory submissions, oversee audit activity, and ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and governance requirements.
  • Month‑End & Consolidation: Manage the UK month‑end process, deliver accurate consolidated results, and provide clear analysis, insights, and commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Controls & Risk Management: Maintain a strong internal control environment, conduct periodic control testing, support internal/external audits, and identify opportunities to strengthen processes.
  • Assets, Projects & Systems: Oversee fixed asset accounting, support capital projects, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including automation, systems improvements, and data integrity enhancements.
  • Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, support treasury activities, and provide visibility of UK funding needs, exposures, and trends.
  • Business Partnering & MI: Deliver high‑quality management information, support planning cycles, and work closely with leaders to offer insight on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, encourage continuous improvement, and support collaboration across the UK and wider European finance teams.
To be considered for this UK Finance Manager position, you will have/be:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA).
  • Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualification experience, ideally within a multi‑entity or multinational environment.
