Overview

I am delighted to have been instructed on this newly created role to join a business that has gone from strength to strength having undertaken a major milestone event earlier this year, meaning it is a really exciting time to join them.

The firm is London-based with hybrid working on offer. Networking, meeting clients, and attending events will be part of your role, so this must be something you enjoy.

Responsibilities
  • Client delivery (mostly advisory as the compliance is already being handled well by the team).
  • Training less experienced team members.
  • Working with the Partner to capitalise on business development opportunities.
Team, Growth and Role Fit
  • The existing team currently works with a mixed portfolio of clients, the majority of whom have a handful of complex assignee arrangements; however, it is looking to grow further and attract larger engagements in the future.
  • The role would suit an individual who enjoys working with midmarket clients.
  • The firm has ambitious plans to grow, aiming to triple its revenue in the coming years, with ample opportunity to progress as there is currently no Director above you.
  • Individuals at Manager level looking for a step up to Senior Manager will be considered, as well as those who are already at Senior Manager level.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience at Manager or Senior Manager level, or readiness to step up to Senior Manager.
  • Ability to work with midmarket clients and deliver client-facing advisory services.
  • Willingness to network, attend events, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Strong training capability to develop less experienced team members.
