Job Overview

You will be set up to provide brilliant customer service. This is a Fixed Term Contract until 13th February 2026. Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers.
  • Providing customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and related products.
  • Resolving challenging customer enquiries and escalating where appropriate.
  • Becoming a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Passionate about providing customers with a good experience when they buy from us.
  • Knowledge of musical instruments and/or products – from bass players in rock band to orchestra violinists to part‑time DJs.
  • Professional, friendly and reliable attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner, able to build rapport with customers.
  • Some experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable and committed to providing first‑class advice and service.
  • Interest and appreciation of music.
Working Hours

The work hours will be9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
