Powerfleet is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel in the United Kingdom to support the business on commercial contracts, risk management and regulatory compliance. The role requires practical experience in contract law and strong cross-border collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Product and Operations.

Key focus areas include privacy law compliance (GDPR/POPIA/PIPEDA), drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and developing templates and playbooks

Formación

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 4–6 years PQE in commercial/contract law, private practice or in-house.
• Experience advising on POPIA, GDPR, PIPEDA and US privacy regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including customer and vendor contracts.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks and standard legal documentation.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contractual arrangements.
• Liaise with external counsel as needed.
