This role offers a base pay range of $90,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Role Responsibilities

• Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate AI‑generated web layouts, components, and visual elements.
• Review and refine AI outputs to ensure aesthetic appeal, clarity, and functional design.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and improve annotation workflows related to layout, typography, color, and interaction design.
• Provide feedback on AI‑generated designs to enhance responsiveness, usability, and modern web standards.
• Apply current design trends and best practices to guide AI development in user interface and experience design.
• Support continuous improvement of internal tools and processes that enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in web design or a related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design taste, layout precision, and user experience insight.

Compensation & Legal

• Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
• International pay ranges are provided based on location and experience.
