Job description

You will work for the client to design and optimize web applications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the innovation of digital products.

Salary range: £20'000-£25'000 gross per year

Your missions
  • Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for web applications within Agile, multidisciplinary teams
  • Apply user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive, attractive, and efficient interfaces
  • Use industry-standard design and prototyping tools (such as Figma) to develop and present concepts
  • Demonstrate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities and limitations from a design perspective
  • Run workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Recruit participants, moderate research sessions, and analyze results to improve designs
  • Translate research insights into actionable design enhancements
  • Contribute to the design of products integrating AI or Machine Learning (e.g., chatbots, automation)
  • Collaborate proactively, adapt to ambiguity, and deliver solutions within short timelines
  • Communicate effectively with clear visual and verbal presentations
  • Support creative problem‑solving and foster a positive, collaborative environment
Your profile
  • Academic background: Degree in design, human‑computer interaction, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar UI/UX design role, with a strong focus on UX processes and a portfolio of case studies
  • English language: Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required
  • Tools / software: Skilled in Figma and familiar with design/prototyping tools; understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript from a design perspective
  • AI/OpenAI experience: Exposure to designing for AI or Machine Learning products is a plus
  • Soft skills: Self‑starter, proactive, curious, able to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity and short delivery timelines, excellent communication skills, and a creative problem‑solving mindset
