The Opportunity

Your role as a UX/UI Designer at Youwe

• Conduct user research, analyze data, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that optimize the customer journey;
• Work closely with other designers, developers, and strategists to bring ideas to life;
• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.;
• Utilize and maintain Design Systems and components;
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics;
• Share your insights and ideas with peer within Youwe’s Digital Studio, a multidisciplinary team of designers and creative frontend developers.

• Enthusiastic, open-minded and a great communicator with a passion for providing leading User Experiences on the web;
• You are a real team player and knows how to manage interests of both Youwe and the customer;
• You enjoy working in an international setting.

What You Have

• 3 to 5 years agency experience;
• Experience in Design System creation and documentation;
• Ability to reflect feedback from both qualitative and quantitative inputs into best practice design solutions;
• Know when to ask the right questions and seek out supporting data to guide all creative decisions;
• Strong communication skills within the design and development teams and with clients;
• An ability to work autonomously when presenting concepts and prototypes to the Product Owner as well as gathering feedback and ensuring the final experience represents objectives;
• Experience with Design Systems and documentation, preferably within the eCommerce industry;
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
