Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of investment and financial planning principles.
• Experience in wealth management or financial planning support.
• Proven people management or team leadership experience.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to study for Level 4 Diploma (CII).

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of financial planning support staff.
• Deliver outstanding service to UHNW clients and advisers.
• Conduct training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support one Financial Planner directly when required.
