Job description

A warm and welcoming family in South Kensington is seeking an experienced Daily Nanny to care for their 7-month-old baby boy. The role begins on 1 December 2025 and is Monday to Friday 6.45am to 7.15pm. This is a shared care position working alongside both parents who are hands‑on and involved. The ideal nanny will be professional, proactive and highly organised with a strong record of longevity and a genuine passion for supporting a child’s development through stimulating age‑appropriate activities.

The family’s older child aged two is cared for by rota nannies and the rota nanny will also manage the overnight care. The baby is in an excellent routine with a maternity nurse who will hand over to the new nanny before finishing her placement. Duties will include all nursery tasks such as preparing meals, laundry and keeping the nursery organised.

The nanny should be confident planning developmental activities, attending local baby classes and encouraging outdoor play and daily outings. Clear communication with both parents is essential and experience working in shared care and fully staffed UHNW households is required. The role will also include occasional travel to destinations such as the USA and Europe so flexibility is key.

The successful candidate will be experienced with babies, safety‑conscious, dependable and able to use their own initiative. They should live within an easily commutable distance of South Kensington. A driver would be an advantage but not essential and there are no pets in the household.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny seeking a long‑term position with a kind and respectful family offering a competitive salary and a supportive environment.
