You will be joining an inclusive, diverse and engaged workforce and support our "moving to outstanding" journey. We are currently recruiting for a UEC Ward Clerk/Receptionist to join our Urgent & Emergency Care team.
The pattern of work operates across three shifts: Early shift 7.15am-3.15pm, Late shift 2.15pm-10.15pm and night shift 22.00pm-07.30am, Including weekends and bank holidays.

Answering telephone and dealing with queries. Maintain the whiteboard information to ensure data is correct and up to date. Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to support day to day tasks related to inpatient/ward work and outpatient services. Process/fax service referrals to external/internal services and support the team. Register/admit new attendances and outpatient appointments. Filing, scanning, photocopying and any other administrative duties required by senior staff in thedepartment/CBU. Face to face reception duties and dealing with staff/patients.
