Job summary

TEKEVER Corporation is seeking a Validations Remote Pilot for the UK to join TEKEVER Defence. The role focuses on monitoring flight operations, mitigating hazards, and ensuring regulatory and standards compliance for real-time UAS validations.

Based in West Wales, it requires frequent on-site work and occasional travel to support expanding teams. You will drive product improvements through performance feedback, work in a dynamic, mission-driven team, and ensure safety across operations.

Qualifications

• Aviation knowledge including Ground School and live flying on any type of aircraft.
• Understanding of MET and Airspace.
• CAA/EASA A1/A3 certificates and related pilot licenses.
• Strong math and physics foundations.
• A2 Certificate of Competence is required.
• Engineering license or equivalent.
• MALE/HALE UAS platform certifications.
• MUAS certifications for listed platforms.
• Flight radiotelephony license is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the RPIC in the delivery of UAS operations ensuring safe, compliant flights.
• Maintain detailed flight records, incidents, and safety assessments.
• Enforce adherence to TEKEVER safety protocols and best practices.
• Assist with flight planning, pre-flight inspections, and post-flight debriefings.
• Provide emergency response guidance during system failures or hazards.
• Mentor UAS operators on best practices and risk mitigation.
• Maintain currency and competency on TEKEVER platforms.
