Qualifications

• Proven experience as an aviation Technical Instructor or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of aviation systems and maintenance procedures.
• Experience developing structured technical training programs.
• Knowledge of CAA, EASA, and MOD standards.
• Strong instructional, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical hands-on training for engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and refine training materials, manuals, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Ensure training content aligns with latest UAS technology and regulatory changes.
• Maintain training records and certification documentation.
• Work with regulatory bodies during audits and compliance assessments.
• Design structured programs for initial, recurrent, and advanced UAS courses.
• Collaborate with technical teams to update training with new hardware/software.
