Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd seeks a UAS Remote Pilot for UK and international deployments, with a salary up to £48,000 plus benefits. The role involves frequent international travel and working in varied operational environments within unmanned aviation, defence and security sectors.

You will monitor operations, assist with mission planning, perform pre/post-flight duties and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining currency on allocated UAS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience flying either manned or unmanned aircraft would be highly desirable.
• Be comfortable with frequent UK and international travel.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the RPIC in delivering safe and compliant UAS operations.
• Monitor live flight operations and assist with mission planning.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and post-flight debriefings.
• Maintain accurate flight, incident and safety records.
• Provide guidance during system failures or hazards and mentor other operators.
