Client Server Limited in Cambridge seeks a TypeScript Developer / Backend Software Engineer to design and build backend services for the customer portal, primarily using TypeScript. You will help move ideas from rapid prototypes to production systems and help shape the product and underlying technology.

The role offers ownership, innovation and learning within a fast-paced R&D environment, with Cambridge office presence and WFH options.

Qualifications

• Strong backend TypeScript experience.
• Familiar with containerisation using Kubernetes.
• Good appreciation of building secure applications.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Python and/or Rust is desirable but not essential.

TypeScript Developer / Backend Software Engineer (TypeScript) Cambridge / WFH to £70k

Are you a backend focussed TypeScript Developer?

You could be progressing your career at one of the world's leading cyber security technology companies, where you'll help develop next generation software that protects organisations from increasingly sophisticated AI driven cyber threats.

As a TypeScript Developer you'll design and develop backend services for the customer portal, primarily using TypeScript. Working in a highly collaborative engineering environment, you'll take ideas from rapid prototypes through to robust, production ready systems, helping to shape both the product and the underlying technology.

The role offers plenty of scope for technical ownership, innovation and continuous learning within a fast paced R&D environment.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a highly talented, diverse team in the Cambridge office twice a week where you can enjoy a great team atmosphere with free lunches and problem solving sessions.

About you:

• You have strong backend TypeScript experience
