Service Care is seeking a Family Help Practitioner on a short-term contract to support families in need. The role lasts two weeks and involves assessing needs, developing support plans, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective delivery of family services.

The successful candidate will provide practical and emotional guidance, maintain detailed records, and participate in training to enhance service delivery.

• Experience as a Family Practitioner or similar role.
