Gingham Kids in Bristol is seeking a warm, experienced Nanny to care for two-year-old twins, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. The role focuses on nurturing development through reading, singing, imaginative play and outdoor activities.

You'll be guiding socialisation through playgroups and outings while maintaining gentle, respectful boundaries. The family values consistency, clear communication during handovers, and a supportive home environment for long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for the twins throughout the day.
• Planning and engaging in age-appropriate play and activities.
• Taking the children out daily to playgrounds, libraries, playgroups and other local activities.
• Preparing nutritious lunches, dinners and snacks.
• Supporting the children’s afternoon nap routine and administering vitamins.
• Encouraging a love of reading, outdoor activity, kindness and independence.
• Maintaining a tidy playroom at the end of the day.
