Job summary

The Holt is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its Redditch-based team. This temporary role offers an hourly rate starting at £15.27, with a pay rise after 12 weeks and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful trial period.

You will work in a large warehouse, performing picking, parts inspection, and goods in/out duties, with on-site ILTs and health & safety requirements. Fridays may include early finishes and overtime is paid at a premium rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking and inspection in a busy warehouse.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with goods in/out procedures and forklift handling.
