A leading food and drink wholesaler in Salford is seeking a Delivery Department Manager to ensure efficient and safe delivery services. The role involves managing picker activities, ensuring compliance with workplace safety, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to cover various roles as necessary. This position operates on a schedule from 2pm to 10pm, including weekends.
You will support the Twilight Delivery Manager to maintain a best‑in‑class Delivery Service from the Delivery Hub. You will run a department which is Safe, Secure and Legal at all times, maximising efficiency, and delivering accurately and on time to our customer.
