Wear Referrals is offering a Twilight Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) role with a rolling 4-on, 8-off rota averaging 35 hours per week. You’ll work across ICU, ward and out-of-hours teams, handling complex cases, anaesthesia, diagnostics and critical care in a busy referral hospital near County Durham.

Full training and supportive development are provided. We’re looking for an RVN with at least 1 year post-qualification experience, strong communication, and a proactive, flexible approach to

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's post-qualification experience.
• Registered Veterinary Nurse with current registration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm in busy clinical environments.
• Willingness to support multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Provide essential support across multiple departments within the hospital.
• Assist anaesthesia, diagnostics, recovery and ongoing patient treatment.
• Provide nursing care and monitoring for complex referral patients.
• Support Out of Hours and Night teams as required.
• Maintain accurate records and handover between referral, ward, ICU and night teams.
• Uphold high standards of patient care and teamwork.
