Job summary

Fitzpatrick Referrals in Godalming is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to provide advanced nursing care during twilight hours. You will support patients through diagnosis, anaesthesia, surgery and recovery, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care in a busy referral practice.

This role offers induction training, ongoing CPD, a mentorship program, and a supportive team. Flexible hours around 7pm–1am, with potential discussion on other shifts for the right candidate; benefits include RCVS

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with RVN status and current registration.
• Ability to provide advanced nursing care during twilight hours.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced referral setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level nursing care across the patient journey: diagnosis to anaesthesia, surgery and aftercare.
• Deliver compassionate, detail‑oriented nursing within twilight shifts.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to optimise patient outcomes and client communication.
