Job summary

Holt Recruitment is sourcing a Twilight Shift MET Technician/Strip Fitter for an Ilkeston location. You will remove and refit parts, dismantle and rebuild vehicles, and report unseen damage promptly.

The role covers 4-wheel alignment, suspension work, GEOs, diagnostics and all mechanical tasks, with hybrid/training qualifications welcome, including ADAS accreditation. Ideal candidates will have MET Technician or Strip Fitter experience; ATA/NVQ is advantageous but not essential, with a

• Previous experience as MET Technician/Strip Fitter.
• ATA/NVQ advantageous but not essential.
• Hybrid trained.
• ADAS Accredited.

Responsibilities

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard.
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed.
• Report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as identified.
• 4 wheel alignment, suspension work, GEOs, diagnostics and all mechanical work.
