Job summary

EVRi in Peterborough is seeking an HGV Class 2 Twilight Driver to join our depot team. This full‑time role is 35 hours per week on a 5‑out‑of‑7 rota, with routes that include 4–5 drops per run and accurate paperwork.

You’ll need a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and tachograph, plus good communication and a safety‑first mindset. We offer £15.43 per hour, overtime, 32 days’ annual leave, a pension scheme and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, driver’s CPC and digital tachograph.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first mindset.
• Reasonable physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles on shifts, transporting pallets to couriers or collecting from delivery units.
• Complete runs with 4–5 drops and keep paperwork updated.
• Work 35 hours per week; rotas provided; 5 shifts out of 7.
• Undertake a short driving assessment.
