Village Vet Milton is a 24‑hour hospital just north of Cambridge, part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health. We are seeking a Twilight Veterinary Surgeon to join our ECC-focused team, working 5pm–1am on a 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota, with a pro-rata salary of £42,500.

You will collaborate with experienced daytime staff, perform emergency consultations, stabilise patients and follow cases through diagnostic work-ups, hospitalisation and, where appropriate, surgery.

Qualifications

• At least two years' UK small animal experience.
• Experience in emergency and critical care.
• Ability to assess, stabilise and prioritise emergency cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide emergency consultations during twilight shifts.
• Stabilise and prioritise emergency cases.
• Follow cases through diagnostic work-ups, hospitalisation and surgery when appropriate.
• Work within a multidisciplinary hospital team to ensure continuity of care.
