A housing-focused organization in the UK is seeking a professional to design and deliver Level 4 and 5 CIH qualifications. The role requires strong training skills, a relevant housing qualification, and experience in lesson planning. You'll oversee assessments and facilitate both in-person and online workshops, contributing to learner success. Benefits include a competitive salary, generous annual leave, and training opportunities.
As part of your role you will design, deliver, and assess Level 4 and Level 5 CIH professional qualifications to managers and senior leaders. This will involve creating engaging curricula with robust lesson plans that lead to an inspiring learner experience and ultimately learner success.
This role will also require setting and marking suitable assessments from assignments to professional discussions, ensuring you uphold the CIH professional standards.
The role will be supported by a network of co‑facilitators and guest speakers from the business; you’ll oversee their delivery, provide coaching and feedback, and carry out standardisation activities and manage quality assurance. Delivery will be both in‑person and virtual workshops, and will include learners from Places for People as well as other housing associations.
The position involves a mixture of working from home and travel to multiple locations across the UK, so a full, clean driving licence is essential. You will be entitled to an allowance to contribute to the upkeep of your vehicle, and it is possible to claim back mileage. You will be required to attend our Derby Training Centre once a week.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any reasonable adjustments to support your application or interview experience, please let us know. We offer a guaranteed interview to candidates who are disabled, neurodiverse, or have served in the Armed Forces, provided they meet the essential criteria for the role.
You have a relevant housing qualification and at least two years of senior‑level experience in the field. You excel in presentation, communication, and creating materials such as PowerPoint slides and progress reports.
Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships across various levels.
