Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and report changes to the main carer.
• Accompany the patient to medical appointments.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Assist with toilet and bathroom needs.
• Keep patient company and encourage activity.
• Carry out light household tasks such as washing up and tidying.
• Engage patient in activities at home to provide stimulation.
