You will play a vital role in assisting a client whose first language is Turkish, helping with daily activities, building independence, and offering emotional support in their native language.

As a Turkish-speaking Brain Injury Support Worker, you will support the daily routines and personal tasks of a client, encourage independence and skill-building, and provide friendly companionship. The role involves day shifts from 7am to 7pm and a Friday night shift from 7pm to 7am.

Main duties of the job

Turkish-Speaking Support Worker Required We are looking for a support worker who is fluent in Turkish to assist a client whose first language is Turkish and requires support in their native language. This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
