The Turkish-speaking Brain Injury Support Worker will be responsible for supporting the daily routines and personal tasks of a client, encouraging their independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team. The candidate should have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence, and access to their own vehicle. They should also have great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
