The ideal candidate will ensure dishes are cooked to perfection using traditional methods and will be responsible for handling marination and seasoning, as well as cooking on different types of grills. The Turkish Grill Chef is responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of authentic Turkish meats and kebabs using traditional charcoal, gas, or open‑flame methods. This chef ensures that dishes like Adana kebab, shish kebab, lamb chops, chicken wings, koftes, and grilled vegetables are cooked to perfection, seasoned properly, and presented with consistency and authenticity. Prepare and grill various meats and poultry items according to traditional Turkish methods.
Handle marination, skewering, portioning, and seasoning of kebabs and grilled items.
Cook on open flame, charcoal, or gas grills while monitoring temperature and doneness.
Prepare grilled vegetables, pide, or flatbreads as required by the Turkish menu.
