Job description

The Turkish Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting authentic and modern Turkish cuisine, including hot and cold mezze, grilled meats, kebabs, stews, flatbreads, and traditional desserts. The chef will manage the Turkish section of the kitchen, ensuring high food quality, hygiene, and consistency in a standalone or multi-cuisine environment. Prepare a range of traditional Turkish dishes such as kebabs, koftes, pide, börek, mezes, soups, and desserts like baklava and sutlac.
Grill meats over charcoal or open flame to Turkish standards.
Prepare fresh flatbreads and use traditional equipment like the saj or stone oven.
