Our products serve critical sectors including aviation, border security, law enforcement, and infrastructure protection.

Join our dynamic team in the assembly and fabrication of large-scale X-ray equipment. As a Tube Assembly Support Technician, you’ll play a vital role in preparing components through chemical cleaning and vacuum baking, managing inventory to meet production timelines, and assembling precision subcomponents. This position operates primarily within a semi-cleanroom environment and supports the daily operations of our chemistry lab, contributing to LEAN manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough chemical cleaning of components in accordance with Class 7 cleanroom protocols.
  • Operate CamCo vacuum ovens to bake components as part of contamination control procedures.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability of cleaned and baked parts.
  • Support the maintenance and daily operation of the chemistry lab, including safe handling of chemicals.
  • Assemble small subcomponents and perform leak checks and general assembly tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated facility areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
