Job summary

BHP Chartered Accountants is seeking a Trusts specialist to lead a portfolio, cultivate strong client relationships, and mentor junior colleagues across our offices in the region. You’ll work with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions and help shape our Trusts offering.

From day one you’ll have room to influence processes, strengthen compliance, and grow the trusts capability, expanding opportunities and building the firm’s external brand through networking and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• CTA status with Trusts specialization.
• STEP certification would be advantageous.
• Ability to work operationally and strategically.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Trusts portfolio and build lasting client relationships.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with other service lines.
• Contribute to practice development and external branding.
• Take ownership, drive ideas, and deliver integrated client solutions.
• Network and participate in industry events to raise the firm's profile.
