Job summary

Chance to Shine is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Officer to secure and grow income from charitable trusts and foundations. You will develop funding applications, manage relationships, and deliver high-quality reports to funders from our London office.

The role includes office-based work with two days on-site per week and flexible days for remote work. The ideal candidate is a dynamic fundraiser with strong writing skills, capable of turning information into compelling proposals, and willing

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience of writing engaging proposals/reports.
• Desirable: Experience working on Raiser's Edge or a similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Apply to trusts, foundations and grant bodies with potential for five-figure annual grants.
• Develop and manage communications with a portfolio of supporters to renew support.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to develop robust budgets for funding applications.
• Prepare reports for funders in collaboration with operations and impact teams.
