G2 Legal Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Trust Manager to join its Trusts, Estates and Tax team. You will manage the accounting, taxation and administration needs of a portfolio of trusts and estates, working closely with solicitors and clients to ensure accurate, compliant administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust accounting and trust administration within a professional services or legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax as they apply to trusts and estates.
• Experience preparing trust accounts and SA900 returns.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the accounting, taxation and administration requirements of a portfolio of trusts and estates.
• Work closely with solicitors and clients to ensure accurate, efficient administration.
• Take ownership of day-to-day matters and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for trustees, executors and professional advisers.
