Job summary

ElevenLabs, a remote-first AI research and product company, is seeking a leadership-oriented professional to strengthen Trust & Safety operations across the org. You will design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows, support risk analysis, and enable responsible growth.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing and Engineering to drive insights, dashboards, and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Ops, or Risk Ops at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record building end-to-end data collection, analysis and execution.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solving and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Management — Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency across the org.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure.
• Leadership Partnership — Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Data-Driven Strategy — Oversee analytics across trust functions; identify risk patterns and improvements; build dashboards and insights.
• Reporting & Analytics — Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure trust and safety performance.

About the role

As part of the trust team, you’ll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows, enhance decision‑making around risk, and support responsible growth. The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross‑functional partners – including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering – to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• End‑to‑End Process Management — Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org.

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness.

• Leadership Partnership — Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations.

• Data‑Driven Strategy — Oversee analytics across trust functions. Identify risk patterns and areas for improvement; build dashboards and insights that inform policy decisions and guide operational improvements.

• Reporting & Analytics — Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure trust and safety performance and impact.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations

• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high‑growth technology company

• Proven track record building end‑to‑end solutions, from data collection and analysis through to execution

• Experience working cross‑functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams

• Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement

Location

This role is remote‑first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe. Preference for candidates based in London.
