Job summary

Fylde Coast Academy Trust (FCAT) is seeking a senior safeguarding lead to drive strategic safeguarding across our 10 academies. You will report to Trust Leadership and work with Headteachers, DSLs and pastoral leads to foster a strong safeguarding culture and oversee safeguarding standards across the trust.

This pivotal role supports rapid school improvement while ensuring full compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education and driving continuous improvement across all academies.

Responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding across 10 academies.
• Collaborate with Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), pastoral leads and Headteachers to ensure a strong safeguarding culture.
