Job summary

Victus Search Limited in London is seeking an experienced Trust Officer to join its growing team. You will take ownership of a portfolio and develop within a small, collaborative environment, handling day‑to‑day trust administration and client service.

The role includes exposure to UK trusts and EOTs; prior EOT experience is not essential if you have transferable trust skills. Strong organisation, communication and governance awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust administration and fiduciary services.
• Strong client service, communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and governance requirements.
• Understanding of trust documentation and trust deeds.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of trust structures and maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare trustee resolutions, meeting minutes and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate distributions, asset transfers and other trust transactions.
• Review trust deeds and associated legal documentation.
• Support client onboarding, KYC and due diligence requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries and advisers.
