About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Trust Fundraising Manager to lead and grow our trust and foundation income. This is a pivotal role within our fundraising team, responsible for securing small (under £10,000) and medium (£10,000–£50,000) grants, managing reporting and monitoring processes, and cultivating relationships with funders and stakeholders.

The role will work closely with the Deputy Director of Fundraising to manage and expand trust fundraising activity across the organisation, contributing to strategic development and income growth.

We offer flexibility in working arrangements, with the option to work remotely, from our Bracknell office, or in a hybrid capacity. However, we require a minimum of two consecutive office-based days per quarter to foster team collaboration an...
